Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology - Pay Hostel Fees Online

This is to inform that due to extreme care taken with regard to safety of our students, limited hostel seats are made available on first come first serve basis. Hostel fee portal will be open till all the available seats are allocated.

 

Students / Parents can choose any one of the three options available for the payment of Hostel Fees.

You are required to verify the student details before you opt for making the payment.

While making the payment using Net Banking, please note

  • Please check whether the Net Banking has the transfer limit which is equal to the Hostel Fees.
  • A Services charge of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) will be collected by the bank in addition to the amount of Hostel Fees.

While making the payment using Credit Cards, please note

  • Visa and Master Cards should be used.
  • Please check whether the Credit Card has the credit limit which is equal to the Hostel Fees +  Surcharge.
  • A Surcharge of 1.3% of the Hostel Fees will be collected by the bank in addition to the amount of Hostel Fees.

While making the payment using Debit Cards, please note

  • Visa and Master Cards should be used.
  • Please check whether the Debit Card has the credit limit which is equal to the Hostel Fees +  Surcharge.
  • A Surcharge of 1% of the Hostel Fees will be collected by the bank in addition to the amount of Hostel Fees.

While making the payment using NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Transfer Within Bank, please note

  • Generate the NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Transfer Within Bank Challan.
  • Use the generate challan to make the payment using any bank account.
  • A Surcharge of Rs.5 only will be collected by the bank in addition to the amount of Hostel Fees.

While making the payment using Indian Bank Challan Generation, please note

  • Please Generate the Challan.
  • Make the payment using the Generated Challan at any one of the Indian Bank Branch Counters
  • A Services charge of Rs. 75 (Rupees Seventy Five only) will be collected by the bank in addition to the tuition amount.
  • Please note that the generated challan can be used within 10 days from the date of generation.

After successful payment,

  • Debit Cards / Credit Cards users will get a receipt, which can be used for future reference
  • Account transfers (Net banking) will get a receipt, which can be used for future reference
  • Students making the payment using Challan, should retain one copy with them and one copy should be
    submitted to the class counselors.

Dear Student,
Please read the following instructions before making the payment of Hostel Fees. No changes or alterations or modifications will be entertained in this regard.
* Every Hostel inmate should abide by the Hostel Rules and Regulations.
I HEREBY ACCEPT THAT

* If I am withdrawing the Hostel Facility on any ground, I will not claim for any Refund or Adjustment. Further, I will forfeit the eligibility to avail the Hostel Facility for the remaining tenure of my study.

* Hostel Fees should be paid in full amount, No pro rata calculations are allowed under any circumstances.

* Mere payment of Hostel facility does not guarantee the Hostel accommodation. Hostel allotment is purely the discretion of Hostel Allotment Committee.

* Refund of Hostel fee is as per Hostel Fee Refund policies of the Institute.
